Ashland/Holliston animal officer has it under control

The Board of Health and the operator of a transfer station on Washington Street are still trying to reach an agreement on a major detail of a set of rules for screening waste at the site for radioactivity.

Ashley Willard, a Framingham resident and 2008 graduate of Framingham High School, and Holliston resident Sasha Packer, were each selected to receive $2,500 scholarships by the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.
